PrimeSet – Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview
   PrimeSet is a marketing service provided by Elliott Lincoln Estate Agents designed to maximise property exposure through premium advertising and enhanced presentation. This is an optional, paid-upfront package available to sellers in addition to our standard agency services.
2. Upfront Payment
   2.1 PrimeSet requires payment in full prior to commencement of marketing.
   2.2 The upfront fee is non-refundable once marketing has begun, except where required by law (e.g. your statutory cancellation rights).
3. What’s Included
   PrimeSet may include (but is not limited to): professional photography, premium Rightmove listing upgrades, floor plans, video tours, and enhanced social media marketing campaigns. Full details of the package will be provided in your individual service agreement.
4. Cooling-Off Period
   If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your PrimeSet order within 14 days of signing your agreement without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing before the 14-day period ends. If you ask us to begin work before this period expires, you may be charged for services provided up to the point of cancellation.
5. Agency Agreement
   PrimeSet is an optional marketing upgrade and does not alter the terms of your existing agency agreement with Elliott Lincoln, unless specifically agreed in writing. Any commission or other fees payable under your agency agreement remain separate from the PrimeSet fee.
6. Limitation of Guarantee
   PrimeSet is designed to enhance marketing exposure and presentation. Elliott Lincoln does not guarantee a sale, or specific timescale as a result of purchasing PrimeSet.
7. Changes to Service
   We may make reasonable changes to the PrimeSet package content to improve the service or respond to market conditions but will not materially reduce the value of what was agreed at the time of purchase without your consent.
