Philip Weeks – with a 25-year background spanning financial services, leadership training and business consultancy, Philip brought a wealth of expertise when he transitioned into the property industry in 2013. Originally educated on the Island at Bembridge School on Hillway, Philip returned home to take on a director’s role within a local Island estate agency, where he established a robust training curriculum and headed up a comprehensive, HMRC regulated anti-money laundering programme. His dedication to the Island extends beyond business, having recently completed 12 years of service as a school governor for Ryde School with Upper Chine.
Having worked within the Island’s property industry for more than a decade, Philip understands that successful estate agency is about far more than simply marketing a home. His combination of property experience, financial understanding, attention to detail and ability to explain complex matters clearly enable him to provide clients with calm, considered and reassuring guidance throughout their move.
