From our very first conversation with Adele, we knew we were in safe hands. She took the time to clearly explain the different packages available and helped us decide what would work best for us. Her knowledge of the Isle of Wight property market, and even the mainland market, is second to none. She was able to give clear insight into pricing and buyer expectations which made us feel confident we were setting everything up in the right way from the start. At no point did we feel like we were just another property on the books. The whole experience felt personal and supportive, and it was clear we were working with a team who truly know their market and know how to work with you. We chose the PrimeSet service and for us personally it was the perfect option.
The marketing was outstanding. The photography and videography were incredible and really showcased our home at its best. Every feature of the property was highlighted beautifully and it genuinely made us proud to see it presented so well.
