When she talked to me about the market value of the property the research she had carried out beforehand to arrive at the suggested price was far more in depth than my experience of other agents. She made suggestions about photos and made sure she took really great shots. Communication was easy which was great and quite refreshing. When viewings took place Adele did these herself and because of conversations and questions that she had asked me, she had great knowledge of the property to answer any potential buyer’s questions. I had an offer on the property with a week and Adele negotiated on my behalf quickly and efficiently.
